This role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home on a Friday, based in East London.
Main Responsibilities will Include:
Responsible for the accurate running of weekly, monthly, and seasonal stock and sales reports.
Attend product meetings, providing ad hoc sales analysis to help guide range buys, using data to contribute towards seasonal strategy discussions.
Assist in maintaining the department merchandising summaries.
Responsible for updating department seasonal size analysis reports, producing all product size breaks with approval from the Commercial Manager.
Ownership of reviews and returns reporting, presenting data and suggested actions to the Commercial Manager and Head of Product on a seasonal basis.
Creation and maintenance of supplier purchase orders and products on our ERP system.
Upload and check all product end of season markdowns and other ad hoc price changes on our online database and website, distributing pricing sheets to relevant teams.
Ownership of all product team transfer orders, Head Office stock locations, and shipment samples including adjustments and write-offs.
Support the Commercial Manager with the full intake process, maintaining seasonal delivery schedules and liaising with external partners to ensure on-time shipments and deliveries. Responsible for the reconciliation of final goods received to supplier packing lists and issuing intake forecasts to the warehouse team.
Act as co-ordinator for any commercial trading events alongside the Commercial Manager including pop-up stores, trade shows, and marketing events involving the selling of any merchandise.
Manage the Product Team budget including credit card receipts, ensuring that all department costs are recorded accurately, remain in line with the seasonal budget, and invoices/receipts are uploaded on time.
Person Specifications:
Advanced Excel.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
Able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work across departments.
1-2 years' experience at either Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser level.
