Job Description

Position: Assistant Spa Manager – Stellenbosch Square

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work in one of our super modern & high-end spas. We offer skin and body treatments using the most advanced FDA approved technology. Our retail and professional products are internationally renowned, including Dr Grandel, Dermalogica, Environ, Nimue, and QMS Medicosmetics.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2+ years working experience as a Spa Manager in a 5* spa or aesthetic environment.
• CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or CIBTAC qualification
• Previous cruise ship experience advantageous.
• Previous experience with an aesthetic doctor advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all clients in a friendly manner and delivering 5* service to all clients.
• Upselling and retailing to every client.
• Working as a team to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage admin duties.
• Meeting deadlines set out by head office.
