Restaurant Management
Responsibilities include staff management, customer relationships, and overall floor management, ensuring clean floors and tables.
Ensure shifts prepare the necessary beverages for the next shift.
Train new Staff
Ensure all new staff are trained and made aware of the operation of the restaurant.
Stock Management
Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stacking.
Event Management
Coordinate private functions and special occasions.
Shift Management
Oversee waiters and kitchen staff.
Deputy System
Ensure all staff clock in and out, and approve shifts to ensure accurate wage reporting.
POS System
Manage cash ups and tips distribution, comparing with cash received.
Business Accounts
Manage business accounts and ensure timely payments.
Equipment Management
Ensure all equipment, including kitchen appliances, is clean and in working order. Remind evening staff to switch off and unplug electrical equipment during and after loadshedding, and ensure all gas bottles are closed.
Ad hoc Duties
Respond to and execute requests from management and staff via email or WhatsApp.

Pay: R30,00 - R60,00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
