We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Host to support our team in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for assisting in various functions including Duty Management, Reservations, Events Coordination, and Banqueting. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations, managing guest relations, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.
Key duties and responsibilities
Assisting in daily operations and overseeing various departments
Ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Coordinating events and banquets
Supporting the overall management of the lodge
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a hospitality environment in a Management capacity
Must possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
