Pay: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum

Role Overview:

An Assistant Manager position at Greens Retail entails supporting the Store Manager with overall management and running of the store. You should be an individual who does not shy away from challenges and will constantly go above and beyond to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is required to step up and ensure that all tasks are completed, ensuring the smooth running of the store. This includes periods of sickness and holidays. Responsibilities include recruiting a strong team, placing food orders, creating rotas, and following all procedures and policies set out.

Minimum Requirements:

• Food Retail Experience (preferred)

Beyond this, it is essential you have the willingness to deliver, are passionate about retail, and have strong attention to detail.
