We are seeking an experienced golfing specialist to join their esteemed team as the Assistant Golf Director. As the Assistant Golf Director, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Golf Director in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the golfing experience, products, and services offered at this prestigious club. Your responsibilities will include engaging with club members through various competitions and activities, managing golf groups, and ensuring a world-class golfing experience through staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Golf Director in overseeing the quality of the golfing experience and services
• Engage with members through club competitions and activities
• Manage golf groups to ensure exceptional service
• Train and upskill staff to maintain high standards of service
• Enhance the overall golf experience for guests and members

Essential Criteria:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant PGA qualification or a current Professional Golfer (Club Management Diploma preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a 5-star environment
• Specialist knowledge of delivering a world-class golfing experience
• Strong financial and people management skills
• Focused on guest and member satisfaction with attention to detail
• Ability to manage and exceed guest and member expectations
