Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or related field (advantageous)
2. At least 5 years of experience in Agriculture, preferably in macadamia or sugarcane cultivation
3. Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including record-keeping systems
4. Strong work ethic, discipline, and motivation
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to speak Zulu (an advantage)
7. Valid driver's license
