Organising logistics for local and international activities to raise awareness on EU programmes and company support instruments (venue booking, invitation and managing the RSVPS, packaging of all required event materials)
Coordination of the logistics for the South African National Contact Point (NCP) Network company
Facilitate participation in international leveraging opportunities for South African students participating in international training programmes
Assist with the facilitation of the dedicated capacity building initiatives for international cooperation specifically targeting Historically Disadvantaged Institutions and individuals (HDIs)
Coordination, management and implementation of international programmes and projects.
Coordination and attendance of project reporting meetings (projects implemented by company).
Administration of Directorate standard operating procedures and document management.
Compile and prepare submissions, memos, letters, notes and/or PowerPoint presentations relating to the area of work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 in International Relations, Public Administration, or a scientific related field
Minimum 2 years in a scientific field, public administration or international relations, with international events management experience and understanding.
