Job description

Blackwood's Richards Bay is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our Richards Bay branch. The primary focus of the position is to assist the Branch Manager in managing all areas of Branch operations, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and company profitability. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, willing to drive a team, and implement strategies that create a positive work environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Customer services
  • Sales management
  • Stock management
  • Product knowledge
  • Administration and financial management
  • Store presentation and merchandising
  • Safety and security

They will also possess the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a retail or sales environment is essential.
  • Own transport required
