MAIN PURPOSE

As an Ambassador of Montblanc, the Assistant Boutique Manager will be responsible for developing and maximizing the performance of the boutique through the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives. The incumbent will work with an exciting team and assist the Boutique Manager in delivering a successful customer experience.

Based in the Boutique, reporting to the Boutique Manager, representing the brand inside and outside the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maximize performance of the boutique
2. Apply all international & local Retail guidelines
3. Support Boutique Manager in managing the boutique team
4. The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for:
1. Maximizing turnover of the boutique
2. Sales generated inside the boutique
3. Sales generated outside the boutique (presentations made in palaces and to VIP clients)
4. Discount management: Control of discount in the boutique
5. Support the sales team in achieving their personal targets and contributing to the boutique's targets
6. Assisting other Sales Associates during sales (service, gift wrapping, etc.)
7. Assisting Sales Associates and Stock controller in administrative tasks (cash register, stock)
8. Observation and coaching of the team in the sales process
9. Monitor KPI development and propose action plans to the Boutique Manager
5. Customer Focus & Service
1. Direct contact with Royals and Collectors
2. Contribute to the implementation of customer relationship programs
3. Contribute to the improvement of database registration (quantity and quality)
4. Contribute to professional Customer Service / After Sales Service execution in Boutique
6. Operations and Admin
1. Main contact for all requests related to the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager
2. Ensure strict adherence to Richemont & Montblanc specific Retail procedures
3. Maintain proper conditions in the Boutique
4. Implement security concepts
5. Assist with Boutique Reports (Daily, After Sales, Analysis)
7. Support in Team Management & Leadership
1. Define and follow up on KPIs & targets for the team
2. Motivate the team
3. Integrate and train new Sales Associates in the field
4. Monitor self-learning progress of the team
5. Train & coach the Boutique team on the job
8. Support in Operations, Admin & Marketing
1. Ensure proper execution and timely delivery of boutique reports
2. Execute promotions and incentives at the boutique level
3. Propose and support the realization of marketing activities (commercial)
4. With Stock Controller
5. With Visual Merchandiser & Retail Operations Manager
6. Ensure excellence at POS at all times & control quality of displays
7. Adhere to appropriate display and product guidelines at all times
