Position: Assistant Spa Director at Hotels and Resorts

Qualifications:

1. College degree preferably specializing in hotel management or equivalent experience is required.
2. Two to three years of previous Spa, Rooms Division or Front Desk Management experience.
3. Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and overnight relief.
7. Able to organize, delegate & work under pressure.
