Asset Management Consultant - site and home based

Ability to be flexible, working within a team, and on-site, with the flexibility to travel to the site. Rotations are varied, depending on the site. Accommodation and travel to the site are provided.

Must have good communication skills backed with an Engineering background within heavy industry.

• Plant / equipment hierarchy development

• Equipment functional failure identification and analysis
• Determination of root cause of failure using RCA methodology
• Determination of appropriate corrective action(s)
• Development of implementation plan(s)
• Determination and implementation of appropriate performance measures
• Competency with the use of computers and software, specifically CMMS systems (Ellipse, SAP, Maximo, etc.)

Qualifications & Work Experience

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. (Electrical / Mechanical)
• 3-5 years of experience post graduation
• Exposure to computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) in an operating environment is preferred
