Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asset Management Analyst with experience in Commercial Real Estate and a strong foundation in accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience tracking and reporting on the financial and operational performance of U.S. Multifamily properties.

This role requires proficiency in Excel-based financial analysis, including working with P&L statements, rent rolls, and other key financial metrics. You will receive training on how to input data into custom-built financial models, but strong attention to detail and patience are essential to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze profit & loss statements, rent rolls, and other financial data to track property performance.
• Load financial statements into custom Excel-based financial models to generate insights.
• Assist in preparing financial reports that evaluate the performance of multifamily assets.
• Identify trends and anomalies in financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with the asset management team to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience in Asset Management for Commercial Real Estate, preferably U.S. Multifamily properties.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements and real estate financial metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience, as the work involves meticulous data entry and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in financial modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with real estate investment, property management, or financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software is a plus.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant finance/accounting certifications are beneficial but not required.

Work Structure & Growth Potential:

• Part-time (10-20 hours per week) initially, with the expectation to grow into a full-time role within 6-12 months.
• Remote work with flexible hours, though availability during U.S. business hours is preferred.
