Area Retail Store Manager

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry.

Candidate must have own vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Languages: Portuguese, English, or Afrikaans would be advantageous.

Candidate must have previous experience from Pick n Pay, Food Lovers, or Woolworths.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Able to handle orders, budgets, staff schedules, cash flow, and rate of sale.

Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Manage stock takes.

Manage and discipline staff.

Must have knowledge of labour law, processes, and procedures.

All retail staff at specified stores will report directly to this role.
