About the Role: We are seeking a fluent Arabic speaker (B1 level or higher) to join a team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist customers and ensure their queries are resolved efficiently in a dynamic 24-hour environment.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Arabic (B1 level or higher).
2. Located in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Hardworking and adaptable to a 24-hour work environment.
