Position : Process Business Development Engineer - Cryogenics and Gas Handling

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Develop and optimise industrial processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop client relationships.
- Identify business development opportunities through thorough product and engineering knowledge for Cryogenic / LNG systems.
- Compile and submit full turnkey bids, which includes:
- Receive and process tender data to understand the client's requirements.
- Compile work breakdown structures (WBS) reflecting the works information to compile a programme and bill-off quantities.
- Price all items on the WBS to obtain a total price for the contract.
- Design, implement, and improve engineering processes in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand and resolve process-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and work instructions.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and construction teams.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in process engineering and apply new knowledge to improve processes.
Your Education Should Be…
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Your Professional Experience Should Be…
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process-related standards and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, EES).
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- ECSA registration as a Pr.Eng (added advantage).
- In-depth understanding of P&ID's, Process Flow Diagrams, and engineering drawings.
