The Analytics Manager will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating digital measurement. This role will drive long-term value to the client by implementing customised analytics solutions that support business success.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on consulting, data implementation, testing and presenting key findings to drive change. Reporting to the Analytics Director.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be passionate and experienced in digital measurement. Be proficient in web and app analytics tracking, insights and reporting as well as possess a strong understanding of the media ecosystem, particularly GMP.
- Be proficient in server-side tracking, app measurement, and cloud solutions to enhance measurement and activation.
- Define a measurement framework by identifying relevant data sources and KPIs aligned to business goals.
- Provide support and mentorship for other team members, ensuring they can progressively take on more complex tasks and upskill others.
- Work with large clients across SA, UAE and UK to develop analytics solutions, including analytics implementation, troubleshooting, data analysis & insights, and present respective solutions to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Cloud and Firebase.
- Developing analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points, and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
- Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies, and general requirements to all partners.
- Able to manage projects and delegate to ensure that all deliverables meet Jellyfish standards within set deadlines.

Advantageous:
- Experience with app measurement implementation and debugging including but not limited to deep linking, MMP implementation, and Firebase.
- A high-level understanding of regulatory change (GDPR, DMA, etc).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery and the ability to query large databases and write SQL queries.
- Experience with sGTM and knowledge of the sGTM pantheon.
- Experience with other analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
- Experience working within an agency.
