Job Description:

To perform deep specialist analysis, develop intelligence and report robust insights in order to influence the strategic objectives of the Standard Bank Group and enable executive decision-making. Act as the subject matter expert to collect data from various sources in order to perform analysis utilizing various visualization and business intelligence tools to provide a clear understanding and insights.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

First Degree in Business Commerce, Mathematical Sciences, Statistics or Engineering.

Experience Required:

2-3 years of experience in reporting, accounting, or statistical analysis is required. Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with analysis that informs the fee price points for Standard Bank customers.
2. Build models that proactively identify and address revenue leakage.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data for effective decision making.
4. Specialist experience in applying statistical methodology to complex data.
5. Design and implement data gathering/management computer systems, software, and statistics to make forecasts and provide projected figures to senior leaders within a financial services organization.
