Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize account health, manage inventory issues, and address listing challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and Amazon Seller Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Health Management:
Monitor account health metrics and address violations promptly.
Create and implement Plans of Action (POAs) for violations, ensuring they meet Amazon's requirements.
Stay informed about appropriate POA protocols and swiftly resolve arising issues.
Stranded Inventory Resolution:
Identify causes of stranded inventory and take corrective action.
Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues efficiently.
Listing Management:
Address suppressed listings, resolve listing errors, and manage brand and content updates.
Perform Parent/Child updates and ensure proper organization of product variations.
Ensure all listing edits are accurate and adhere to Amazon's guidelines.
Performance Notifications:
Regularly review performance notifications and take the necessary actions to resolve concerns.
Escalate issues to relevant team members when required.
Seller Support Interaction:
Communicate effectively and patiently with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account issues.
Persistently follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure all account-related tasks, such as listing edits and POAs, are accurate and error-free.
Organization and Follow-Up:
Maintain a structured approach to track and resolve all ongoing issues.
Keep detailed records of actions taken and monitor for recurring challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience managing Amazon accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, account health metrics, and listing requirements.
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with Seller Support and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Patience and determination in resolving complex account issues.
