Manpower are thrilled to have partnered with an established educational institute as they go to market for an AI & Automation Marketing Specialist on a permanent basis. This company is looking for a tech-savvy, creative Marketing Specialist to supercharge the digital efforts using AI and automation. The successful candidate will work across platforms like HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Grok to create content, automate campaigns, and improve user experience across web, email, social media, and more.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in integrating AI and automation tools across the digital marketing efforts. From content creation and email marketing to SEO, social media, chatbots, and beyond — your work will help shape a truly omni-channel experience that drives results. You’ll be the in-house expert on platforms like ChatGPT, Grok, and especially HubSpot, which is central to the marketing ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Power our marketing campaigns using AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, and HubSpot
• Create compelling content (text, video, audio) for social media, blogs, websites, and more
• Build and manage intelligent automation workflows within HubSpot
• Implement and optimise chatbot functionality to support lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate closely with our SEO, brand, and content teams to align messaging and strategy
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously refine for better results

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong technical skills and confidence working with HubSpot (certifications are a big plus!)
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar AI/digital marketing-focused role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, AI, or a related field
• Passion for AI, marketing technology, and automation tools
• Self-starter attitude — you enjoy learning, testing, and staying ahead of the curve
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
