Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Agricultural Property Practitioner Real Estate professional. The role involves conducting property valuations, managing property portfolios, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and facilitating property transactions. Additional tasks include market research, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating sales and leases, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of agricultural property markets and property valuation techniques
2. Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills
3. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
4. Knowledge of property management and transaction processes
5. Skills in preparing and presenting property listings
6. Regulatory compliance knowledge
7. Experience in real estate is non negotiable
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
9. NQF 4 Real Estate Qualification and FFC registered
