Agricultural Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to lead our farm management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in crop and livestock production, with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Human Resource Management: Oversee the management of human resources, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the farm.
• Crop Management: Develop and implement effective crop management strategies, including land preparation, planting, and harvesting.
• Livestock Management: Manage the livestock operation, including animal health, nutrition, and breeding programs.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and improve the farm's infrastructure, including water reticulation, fencing, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Agricultural Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in farm management, with a strong focus on crop and livestock production.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and within a team.
