Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our maize harvesting and planting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of agricultural staff
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of large combine harvesters and planting equipment
• Develop and implement strategies for improving crop yields and reducing costs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture
• Proven experience with maize
• Valid drivers license
