Job Description:

Develop and manage pruning methodologies as a central strategy for optimal production volumes, yields, export pack outs and revenue.
Right pruning approach, practices, at the right time, of desired fruit sizes, improved fruit colour, quality and better rind quality.
Weed management: Prevention, eradication and control methodologies.
Assessment, data collection followed by corrective action and application of best practices.

Qualifications:

BSc Degree in Agronomy or relevant qualification would be highly advantageous.
At least 5 years relevant experience with a proven track record in management and implementation of value adding, effective pruning, weed control and yield strategies, industry best practices, and methodologies.
