Job description

Well established concern, based in Hilton are looking for a financial / client administrator to join their team. This role will entail:

  1. Client Relationships: Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  2. Client applications: Risk evaluation, interpretation of financial documents, cash flows, and compliance documents for processing.
  3. Data management: Inputs and interpretation relating to accounting and bookkeeping.
  4. Facility Management: Process client applications and submit for approval.
  5. Calculate risk and client facility limits: Identify risk clients and recalculate the available facilities.
  6. Engage with clients to ensure that they understand their risk and repayment status.
  7. Organic sales: Drive sales of existing customers and be part of generating new sales. Provide quotations on facilities.

Requirements:

  1. Tertiary education - preferably B.Com Finance / Admin / Agri.
  2. Preference - relating to financials / bookkeeping / agri.
  3. 1 - 5 years experience, ideally in administration (agriculture a bonus).
  4. Understanding of agriculture and finance (crop production, logistics, processing, risks).
  5. Advanced MS Word and Excel.
  6. Ability to read financials and understand commerce and risk.
  7. Proactive problem-solving ability.
