Aftermarket Spares Debtors Clerk

A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts is currently looking to employ a Debtors Clerk to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Selby.

MUST HAVE WORKED WITH LARGE DEBTORS BOOKS IN AFTERMARKET SPARES INDUSTRY, OTHERWISE CV WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Min. 4-5 years experience in Automotive Industry as Debtors Clerk
3. Will receive training on ERP System
4. Must have good communication skills and be well presented
5. Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment
6. Must be target driven and a team player
7. Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Will be working on 2 Bank Accounts with Customers each Month end
2. Following up on outstanding payments
3. Reconciliations
4. Sending out follow up letters if Accounts not paid by 7th of month
5. Queries
6. Claims
7. Debtors
8. Submission of day end reports
