Aesthetics Beauty Manager

A highly skilled and professional Aesthetic Beauty Therapist specializing in injectables, microneedling, mesotherapy, hair treatments, and detoxifying massage therapies such as reflexology, lymphatic drainage, MDL Lymphatic treatments, and sport massage, having a sport science background as well. With expertise in both advanced aesthetic procedures and holistic wellness, this role ensures clients receive tailored, results-driven treatments that enhance both their appearance and overall well-being.

In addition to performing treatments, this individual takes on managerial responsibilities, overseeing staff performance, clinic operations, and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing staff and ensuring team cohesion, maintaining a professional, goal-oriented environment where all therapists meet their targets without negativity or competitiveness.
2. Strictly enforcing protocols and treatment standards, ensuring excellence in all services.
3. Conducting stock takes and managing inventory with detailed protocols and tracking sheets on a weekly basis.
4. Handling client relations, bookings, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless clinic operations.
5. Liaising with head office to ensure all processes, reporting, and standards align with company goals.
6. Maintaining personal client relationships while ensuring the entire team meets their performance goals through leadership and motivation.

This role requires a strong, confident leader who balances strict adherence to policies with a positive, supportive work culture, ensuring the success of both the team and the clinic.

The first two months will be a probationary period, during which no allowances or service commissions will be applicable—only retail commission will be earned. Upon successfully completing the required training and passing the examination, all benefits and allowances will then apply under the permanent contract.
