Debt Solution S.A is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our Legal Department.

Description

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

1. Drafting legal documents
2. Advising and providing support to clients
3. Providing support and advice to the company
4. Handle Labour Related and H.R disciplinary matters
5. Traveling to various courts, justice offices, etc.
6. Liaising with clients

Profile

• LLB / BA – LLB
• Right of appearance
• Must have at least six years of experience.
• A mature individual
• Previous debt collection experience
• Previous debt review experience will be advantageous
• Candidate must have managerial experience

Salary will be based on experience.

Experience:

• Litigation: 6 years (Preferred)
• Legal Assistant: 6 years (Preferred)
• Drafting court applications
• Fidelity Fund Certificate preferable
• Debt review drafting (section 129)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
• Saturday 08:00 am to 01:00 pm
