Our client is seeking an experienced Nursing Recruiter to join their team. As a Nursing Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting nurses for the organization and also providing recruitment training to other team members. This is a full-time position that requires working in shifts to support the team that operates 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality nursing talent.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Provide recruitment training to other team members.
Foster and maintain relationships with nursing schools, nursing associations, and other organizations to source candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, with a focus on nursing recruitment preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Ability to work in shifts and support a 24/7 team.
