Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs).
Matric/High School Qualification (essential).
Reliable transportation to Linbro Business Park.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Language skills: Afrikaans is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure smooth operations.
Update and manage data sheets and other records.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
Organise and maintain filing systems.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team and management.
