Providing administrative support to external and internal clients.

Database administration and ensuring timely capturing on the information system.

Verification of information from different data sources.

Document and administrative control according to standards.

Timely recording of information on ERP.

Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures, and policies.

Assisting with general administrative tasks and reception responsibilities.

A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience within the PPECB. Please note candidates with less experience but with proven outstanding performance will be considered in line with PPECB's EE policy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Certificates in computer training would be advantageous.

Knowledge of the ERP system in PPECB, including having worked on TITAN is advantageous.

Knowledge of the PPECB certification sector and TITAN certification is advantageous.

Experience in capturing both inspection and cold chain documentation, including MRL process.

Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour.

Knowledge of the perishable industry and the regulatory environment.
