Job Description

1. Providing administrative support to external and internal clients.
2. Database administration and ensure timely capturing on the information system.
3. Comparing information on different databases.
4. Document and administrative control according to standards.
5. Timely recording of information on ERP.
6. Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures, and policies.
7. Assist with general administrative tasks.
8. Reception duties.
9. Build and maintain good relations with PPECB internal and external clients.
10. Continuous self-improvement in their area of responsibility according to the PPECB performance framework.

Job Requirements

1. A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
2. A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
4. Good numeric skills with a track record would be advantageous.
5. Basic experience in accounting would be advantageous.
6. Typing skills (45 words per minute) would be advantageous.
7. Certificates in computer training would be advantageous.
8. Knowledge of ERP system would be advantageous.
9. Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour.
10. Good verbal, comprehension, and written communication skills are essential.
11. The ability to work independently and/or within a team.
12. Excellent customer service skills.
13. A valid code 08 driving license and own reliable vehicle will be advantageous.
14. Own mobile phone.
