Job Advert: Admin Support Person for Recruitment Consultant
Location: Cape Town Central
Salary: R15,000 - R17,500 per month
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about supporting a dynamic team? We're looking for an Admin Support Person to join our growing recruitment consultancy, which specializes in South African recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, being both fast and accurate.
You will need to be extraverted as you will be speaking to clients and candidates daily.
We seek someone with high energy levels and a can-do attitude, with good growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting professional CVs to showcase candidates effectively.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the consultant's calendar.
- Booking and coordinating video meetings with clients and candidates.
- Conducting reference checks and verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in admin or recruitment support is a plus but not essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- A tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
- Must have worked on a CRM, ATS, and be very IT literate.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, fast and accurate typist.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace.
- Must not be a clock watcher.
- Must be able to handle pressure.
