PURPOSE OF POSITION
To manage and oversee the administrative functions and operational support for Sales Operations. This includes optimizing sales processes, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations across the region.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Monitor the execution of Sales Operations activity plans and provide updates to the team.
2. Administer and track contracts related to Sales Operations.
3. Assist with stock on hand management and related issues.
4. Distribution of sales-related communication internally and externally.
5. Compile presentations and reports for Sales Operations performance reviews.
6. Maintain and replenish office supplies for the Sales Operations team.
7. Manage general queries related to Sales Operations and ensure timely resolution.
8. Reconcile regional sales operations reports and submit summaries.
9. Organize Sales Operations meetings, briefings, and events.
10. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the Sales Operations team.
11. Manage the budget for operational costs and campaigns within Sales Operations.
12. Support the allocation and management of sales orders.
13. Oversee the procurement of promotional materials for sales activities.
14. Manage ordering and incidents related to mobile devices and fleet vehicles for the Sales Operations team.
15. Handle fleet amendments, claims, and inspections specific to Sales Operations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Grade 12
• A tertiary qualification in Office Administration will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• 3-5 years’ experience in an administration function with multiple stakeholders
• Experienced with SAP and expert in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Experience with project management / coordination of multi-disciplines and across functions.
