About The Job

Core Duties And Responsibilities

1. Clerical Support:
   Answering and screening phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
   Drafting and typing letters, reports, and other business documents.
   Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases.
   Managing and organizing physical and digital files.
   Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and agendas.
   Filing and retrieving documents.
   Proofreading and editing documents.
2. Scheduling And Coordination:
   Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking meetings.
   Coordinating travel arrangements.
   Preparing presentations and reports.
3. Office Management:
   Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
   Greeting visitors and providing information.
   Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks.
   Handling correspondence, including emails and mail.
   Ensuring that the office is organized and well-maintained.
4. Other:
   Assisting other staff members with administrative tasks.
   Following data protection guidelines when handling information.
   May also be responsible for taking inventory of office supplies and communicating with vendors to order supplies as needed.
