Our client, a dynamic wholesale and retail business, is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating communications, processing orders, maintaining filing systems, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Assist with order processing and inventory tracking
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Perform general office duties to support operational efficiency
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in administrative support preferred, but not required
