You will be a stable, responsible, and responsive presence in the office, dealing with calls and emails, coordinating diaries and appointments.
Working independently on paralegal assignments.
Supporting the team in their work and being responsive to requests.
Provide admin support, including filing, copy typing, copying and scanning, record-keeping, systems and database updates, office and stationery orders, invoices, collection and dispatching documents and deliveries.
Collect and organise data, details, and documents for client matters.
Support to lawyers in copy typing, document alignment and checking, version control, and sense-checking against client and sector requirements.
