Accounts Payable / Creditors Clerk

Our client, a well-established transportation organization, is seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk for the Fourways/Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.

This means if you have not worked on Pastel in the last 3 years, then we will not consider you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for debtors, creditors, and general administrative duties.

Min Requirements

• Grade 12
• Must have Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience. NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Must have Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience. Experience must include formulas: add, subtract, multiply, divide, SUM. (We will test you)
• Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on Excel and Pastel Partner.
• Must have own transport.
• Creditors experience is non-negotiable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar admin role.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy.
• Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
• Experience in the automotive parts, manufacturing, motor, or transportation industry will be advantageous.
