Accounts Payable Clerk

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide a professional financial administration service focusing on client and contractual obligations and thoroughly ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining the company’s core values and culture.

KEY CUSTOMERS:

• The Creditors
• All round Company branches
• Company Managerial and Supervisory Staff
• Company Employees

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Matric.
• Diploma in Accounting / Financial Management
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience or the equivalent knowledge or skill

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge and Skills required
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Signiflow – Electronic approval and filing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, organise and control own work effort
• Customer service centre
• Team focused
• Financial Accounting and business acumen
• Problem solving and analytical skills
