Our client in the automotive industry is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the Financial Manager in managing full administrative and accounting functions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
Processing debtors and creditors
Managing the cash book
Assisting with accounting up to trial balance, with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks)
Assisting with financial and operational processes to meet deadlines
Requirements
At least three years of experience using Sage Accounting
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Supportive and willing to assist colleagues
Proactive thinker, capable of problem-solving in high-pressure or unforeseen situations
Must reside in the Fourways area
Must have own vehicle / transport
This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position.
