We are looking for a Financial Accountant to manage the full accounting function, ensuring financial stability across the farm, hospitality, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across diverse revenue streams, handling everything from financial reporting to cost management in a multifaceted business.

The salary will be market-related for a qualified Accountant with four years of experience. Candidates with significantly more experience may be overqualified for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial function, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Handle payroll and supplier payments efficiently.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Degree with a professional accounting designation (CPA/AGA).
• 3+ years of experience in a full-function accounting role (Xero).
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, hands-on business environment.
• Good written and spoken command of English and Afrikaans (Essential)
