You will have completed a qualification in Electronics.
2-3 years experience in the process and production of electronic components, as well as programming software.
Sound working knowledge of production line support, documenting work instructions and procedures, and providing maintenance to jigs and test equipment.
A proven background in production line changes, resolving production issues, quality monitoring, and supporting peripheral equipment (routers, networks, etc).
Providing up-to-date reports on production yields and training of operators.
A knowledge of soldering, electrical circuits, and electronic functioning is essential.
The ability to work overtime and flexibility to work occasional shifts in peak seasons if required.
Previous working experience in a fast-paced and multi-faceted manufacturing environment.
A valid driver's license, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.
This role requires a candidate currently resident in Cape Town due to the urgency to start.
