Job description

This role is a dynamic, client-focused, and analytically-minded position that drives operational excellence in our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Communication:

  • Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions
  • Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively
Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Customer Success Monitoring (Training provided, no experience necessary):
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics
  • Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience
  • Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management
Sales Process Analysis (Training provided, no experience necessary):
  • Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance
  • Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques
  • Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness
Partnership Development (Training Provided, No Experience Necessary):
  • Identify and establish partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market
  • Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings
  • Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth
Strategic Support:
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Support training and development programs for sales team members
Requirements:
  • Outgoing Personality: An extroverted individual who excels in building relationships
  • Highly Intelligent: Quick learner with the ability to understand complex concepts
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern software tools and quick to adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to identify issues independently and implement effective solutions
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work some evenings when necessary to engage with international partners
  • US Accent: Applicants must sound American when speaking. This will be tested during the interview phase.
