Manage customer expectations.
Damage investigation and root cause analysis.
Collection and delivery scheduling.
Updating and maintenance of VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles.
Manage monthly billing of customers.
Understand and maintain SOP's.
Reporting on performance in daily / monthly meetings.
Understand and maintain customer SOP's and SLA's.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Key Account Management.
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours.
- Willing to work away from your home depot when required.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Strong self-discipline.
- Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision.
