Account Director

Who are we looking for: Account Director.

What will you do:

1. Relationship building and brand ambassador for the Agency
2. Business approach to leading account within the Agency
3. Strategic management (overall health and performance of the account)
4. Effective channel, strategies and creative implemented to achieve objectives
5. Workflow process (implementation and continuous improvement)
6. Operational management (timing plans, resource capacity management, managing profitability, driving operational efficiencies, financial management)

What will you need:

1. 3 – 5 Years on the job experience
2. An in-depth understanding of the key departments, processes and structure within an advertising agency
3. Experience with working with senior clients across multiple stakeholders
4. The ability to own a project from start to finish (strategy to roll-out)
5. Must be PC literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - preferably with experience working CHASE software

Qualification Required:

1. Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification)
