We are assisting our client who is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale their marketing efforts for their rapidly growing crypto casino. This fully remote role requires a data-driven leader with deep expertise in crypto, iGaming, and high-performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, influencers, affiliates, and social media.
• Leverage data & analytics to optimize marketing performance and customer LTV.
• Expand partnerships with crypto communities, streamers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in crypto casinos, iGaming, or Web3.
• Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, DeFi, and blockchain marketing.
• Track record of scaling brands through performance marketing, viral growth, and community-driven strategies.
• Expertise in affiliate marketing, KOLs, and retention tactics tailored to crypto gamblers.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
