Facilitating peer support and peer-assisted learning
Identifying at-risk students and tracking retention
Utilizing SACAP’s Student Management System to provide expert guidance to SACAP students
Qualification & Experiences:
A minimum of an Honours degree qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Coaching, Sociology, Human Resources, Business Management, Bachelor of Social Science or other relevant degree; OR at least 5 years’ experience in a cognate field with high academic results
Advanced computer literacy skills, including online systems
2 years of full-time experience, preferably within the field of Higher Education
Ability to observe, monitor, collect, and record student data
Knowledgeable and passionate about SACAP and its offerings
Highly developed relationship building/interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
