Customer Success Specialist 3rd Party ABA Success Resource

3rd Party ABA Success Resource is growing, and we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be on the front lines, providing world-class support to our customers who rely on us to enhance and streamline their onboarding process. Youll proactively engage with new clients, ensuring smooth platform adoption, high-quality job advertisements, and an efficient applicant flow. Additionally, you'll handle inquiries, resolve customer issues promptly, and escalate concerns to the Account Manager when necessary to ensure a positive user experience.

About the Role:

  • Proactively monitor job advertisements to ensure quality postings that drive high applicant engagement.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to optimize sponsorship allocations for the best customer results.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Become an expert in our suite of products to best understand and address the needs of the ABA segment.
  • Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up with actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve functional problems and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Accurately tag customer inquiries with relevant details for further analysis by Product and Engineering teams.
  • Escalate cases to the ABA Account Management team and CS Leaders when customer satisfaction is at risk.
  • Attend weekly team meetings with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide updates on at-risk accounts.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a technical product.
  • Working knowledge of Intercom, Salesforce, or other ticketing platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills with keen attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team.
  • Ability to work 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST.
