Job Overview:
Join a dynamic UK-based recruitment agency as a Remote Recruitment Consultant. In this fully remote role, you will be pivotal in driving business development efforts, managing recruitment processes, and supporting the growth of the company by securing new clients and successfully placing candidates in remote telecommunications positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated professional based in South Africa, with 360 recruitment experience, to work directly with the business owner and thrive in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for remote telecommunications roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Drive business development by contacting potential clients, building relationships, and securing new roles to recruit for.

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure all client and candidate data is accurate and up to date.

• Partner with the business owner to develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s client base.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the telecommunications sector.

• Provide exceptional client service to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as job ad creation and candidate shortlisting, to support recruitment operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development and candidate placement.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.

• Experience recruiting for telecommunications or similar roles is highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and recruitment tools.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
