About the Role

A growing portfolio of private label brands, including an upcoming major beauty brand acquisition, is seeking a skilled 360-Degree Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, engages target audiences, and drives customer acquisition and retention across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a full-spectrum marketing strategy, integrating digital, social media, influencer, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  2. Create and execute brand awareness campaigns tailored to each brand's identity and market positioning.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine brand messaging and strategies.
  4. Oversee social media management, content creation, and engagement to strengthen brand presence.
  5. Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including paid search, display, and social media ads.
  6. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  7. Build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.
  8. Establish partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  9. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a 360-degree marketing role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  3. Experience in brand-building, customer engagement, and audience growth.
  4. Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing plans.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  7. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Background in eCommerce marketing and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
  2. Experience working with private label brands.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
